Le Querciolaie

Le lieu est magnifique les deux piscines sont agréables. Chaude et froide c’est bien pratique selon l’envie et le temps. Par contre la villa laisse à désirer ! Le ménage n’est pas niquel pour 80€. Il a fallu repasser le balai à notre arrivée car beaucoup de poussières sous les lits et pièce à vivre. La literie est à changer et le ballon d’eau chaude fonctionne une fois sur deux. Il a fallu l’éteindre et le rallumer toutes les 2 douches pour avoir de l’eau chaude.
L’intendant est très respectueux et à répondu à nos difficultés: prise tv cassée, ampoule à changer.
Le village est à proximité pour se dépanner et se restaurer. Village mignon. Pour faire de grosses courses il faut privilégier les grandes villes au bord de mer à 25minutes de route.

Superb location: beautiful ‘estate’ full of nature, the accommodations are scattered around the grounds, offering tranquillity for all users. Nice and clean swimming pool. Located on the outskirts of monteverdi marittimo, a historic town with a beautiful centre. Couple of small shops and a helpful tourist office.

We stayed in Sculture-3, with 8 people. The house is fine for that, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. In terms of cutlery and crockery, it is all just adequate.

Location in relation to sightseeing is fine, all the beautiful places and the various beaches are good to drive to. This makes the combo between resting and exploring the area ideal.

Beautiful place and lovely pool. Kids wished there was WIFI in the villa though!
Only downside is we arrived at 5pm after a long journey, this was the advertised check in time, but we then had to wait until 6:30pm to be able to get into our apartment as they hadn't cleaned it yet.
Also, take your own soap, tea towel and kitchen scourer as they don't provide anything with the kitchen.

Come detto per telefono gli ospiti arrivavano da Londra dopo le 18.00 causa sciopero aerei. Va bene la policy ma che dopo le 18 non ci sia più nessuna possibilità di un contatto in caso di emergenza costringendo le persone a cercare un altro alloggio per la sera fra scioperi, covid etc mi pare un disservizio.

Belle villa dans une propriété avec de belles piscines. Nous avons pu profité du calme. C'est dans la montagne, un peu éloigné des sites touristiques. Un seul regret les tableaux obscènes au mur.

We had a wonderfull time. Couldn't ask for better service, better surroundings, better pool and location to the pool, village. The area is private and not overrun. We can highly recommend the dinner at Mari's. We didn't take breakfast except once and that too can only be highly recommended. Mari and her staff did their outmost to accommodate any wish we had. We clearly had (for us) the best house, as we were close to the pool but at the end of the row of houses. So privacy, view to the surrounding areas and a large area for our 1 yr old to run around at (around the house there is a perfect terrace that a 1 yr old can enjoy). Only comment is that there is a large opening/hole under the stairs up the backside, that should be closed or somehow secured as any younger child find this very interesting and a fall would be pretty bad.

Prachtige woning,veel in marmer uitgevoerd wat een luxe uitstraling geeft en koel aandoet. Vóór het terras zou een echt gazonnetje wel mooi zijn geweest.Prachtige zwembaden,bijzondere ligging in groot park met beelden.Nadeel: geluidsoverlast van de buren, in ons geval een gezin met drie kleine kinderen.Ligging: mooi maaer geïsoleerd.
