Very nice place in the middle of Tuscany. The views are fantastic, the calmness and the beautiful nature likewise. The house standard was good and Nicola (the owner) was very service minded and fixed things whenever it was needed. You need a car to make trips both to the near supermarket and to places far away. We made many trips to different places and it took 45-60 min to each place which is a little too long maybe, but we also enjoyed staying at the villa and had barbecue a couple of times, which was good.

WOW!!! Absolutely gorgeous setting!! Lots of space and the home was spotless! We loved the pool area and the yard. It felt surreal staying there and we can’t wait to come back! We took a day trip to Florence, parked at the Empoli train station about 15 minutes away and rode the train in, super easy!!

Belle maison bien décorée avec vue magnifique de la campagne toscane depuis le salon, la terrasse, la piscine et presque toutes les chambres. Nous avons passé sept jours à 6 adultes et 6 enfants/ados (chambres et espaces cuisine, salon et salle à manger grands). L’emplacement est très calme et idéal pour visiter Florence (déplacement en train depuis Empoli pour nous), Vinci (juste à côté), Pistoia, Lucca, Pise et San Gimignano (entre 40 et 50 minutes). Nicola, le propriétaire habitant également dans la maison avec sa famille, a été très discret et complètement disponible pour nous. Avec l’humidité de ce mois d’octobre, nous avons eu des moustiques.

nicola is very helpful and friendly. property is very nice with stunning views over the tuscany hills.
Issue with pool pump was not solved during our stay so a lot of filter sand on the bottom of the pool and I would suggest to renew several frying pans.

Villa was great. Host was very helpful, with the car we visited Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca. Out in the morning, pool in the afternoon and evening. Evening meals looking over the vineyard were very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the wine.

The house was amazing the view can’t be beat! The only thing there is no hand soap or garbage bags. The host is amazing and so nice and accommodating. The management company is not the easiest to communicate with but host is amazing. I would stay there every time we go. They have their own wine there to buy and laundry is 1 mile away. The town around is cute and about 45 minutes from Pisa and lucca. This house is truly amazing with beautiful views wish we did not have to leave.

Very nice we enjoyed

Abbiamo trovato il sito di Posarelli Villas per caso e cercavamo una villa tranquilla con piscina immersa nel verde e devo dire che le descrizioni e le foto sono rispettano la realtà.
Avevamo dubbi dato che dalle foto sembrava un posto meraviglioso ma cosi è stato.
Nicola il padrone di casa si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e anche se abita nel retro della villa non si è mai visto senza creare disturbo.
La casa è bellissima ed è completa di ogni cosa, la cucina è fornita di ogni utensile non manca nulla, le stanze tutte con aria condizionata.
Lo spazio esterno è molto grande e anche la zona piscina è confortevole, dotata di lettini, sdraio e una doccia.
Noi eravamo in 10, 3 famiglie ognuna con la propria stanza ed il proprio bagno, siamo stati davvero bene e probabilmente ci torneremo.

Nice house and area. The pool unfortunately had a bit of unclean water; you couldn't see your feet. Bring your own; tea towels, ice cube trays, small kitchen knives, dish brush.

Nicola who is the man who received us was super nice and welcoming. He was very helpful and kind. The place is magical, the house is renewed and clean, and the views are priceless. We had an amazing time!!!

Het was een heel aangenaam en mooi verblijf. De omgeving is prachtig en de gastheer zeer behulpzaam. De keuken is niet heel erg uitgerust (geen koffiezet, weinig pannen en potten,...) en één koelkast voor 13 gasten. Voor de rest niets aan te merken.

We loved the house, outside area and the pool. Lovely and clean bedrooms with spectacular views over the Tuscan landscape. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6 very much and would recommend the villa unreservedly. We also enjoyed the local wine provided (and given to us as a gift) very much!
If I could make a suggestion, I would suggest to have some basics stocked in the house - salt, pepper, sugar, soap in the bathrooms, kitchen towels or kitchen paper. We had to buy everything for staying only a week (we left it for the next renter so they hopefully they don't have to get it). Also towels for the pool and a small washing machine would be very helpful - we have stayed in lots of houses and normally find those things provided.
Otherwise a wonderful place which we would highly recommend
