Beach Villa Blue

The villa itself is beautiful! Really lovely place with all of the amenities you need. It’s super private and close to the beach. It’s also next to some of the nicest beach bars in the area that we love! It really was a beautiful place to stay. All in all, a nice place to stay as it is beautiful and the views from the main bedroom are stunning.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Excellent pool area. Mara our host was extremely helpful and kind.

Eine sehr schöne Villa zum Wohlfühlen in optimaler Lage: wenige Meter zum (nicht überlaufenen) Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer und Mara war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, auch bei später Anreise. Sehr gute Betten, sehr schöner Pool, schattiger Patio zum Frühstücken. Wir würden wieder kommen.

דירה נקיה מאוד ונוחה. גם הבריכה נקיה ונעימה. יש כל מה שצריך. מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה עם חומר כביסה, חצר מאובזרת והשמשיה לים היא בונוס נחמד. עם זאת, באיזור יש הפסקות מים, והמענה לא היה מספיק מהיר. הכיור בחדר שירותים אחד היה סתום, ולא היה מספיק נייר טואלט. סך הכל טוב מאו
REPLY: We apologize for the water shortages that affected the area during your stay. This can sometimes happen in Corfu, but it usually doesn’t last long. The sink has now been unclogged.

Location was perfect! The house was better than even described. I would highly recommend it.

The villa is located one minute walking from the very nice beach of Barbati. Inside the villa we found everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and the pool was just amazing. I really suggested to spend few days there and relax. A special thanks to Mara, the host, always kind and helpful in every situation.

La casa era fantastica, posizione a barbati a due passi dal mare in uno degli angoli più belli dell’isola. Posarelli e il proprietario non sono stati facilmente reperibili, mentre la keyholder Mara e suo padre super disponibili nell’aiutarci a risolvere qualche problemino avuto durante il soggiorno (nulla di che, giusto wi-fi, luci della piscina niente di troppo rilevante), ci hanno anche portato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi del ritardo che avevano fatto per raggiungerci a casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, la casa è esattamente come la vedete in foto, piscina, area relax e terrazzo veramente un qualcosa di unico. Soggiorno ottimo

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen und der tolle Pool mit dem nahegelegenen, wunderschönen Strand ist einfach phantastisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans un décor magnifique. La villa est aussi belle que sur les photos.

We (Parents and two older teen sons) stayed for a week at Villa Blue. Very nice, homely villa with all necessities provided. Garden was beautiful and in full bloom during our stay. The pool area very nice too.

Located effectively at beach level, near but unaffected by Verde Blu bar/restaurant meant that a 50m walk and you were in the sea! Superb!

Great location, clear instructions, backyard is very nice, beds are hard and not cumfy unless you like that, sofa bed is extremely poor (we had to borrow extra mattress topper from friend). We were in very busy week, people will steal the parking spot to go to beach club, should be a chain or something to prevent that.

Thank property is amazing, exactly what we expected and we're looking for. Perfect for a family with 2 adults and and 2 kids. We arrived to a clean apartment. (Cleaners did forget to empty the bath trash cans though)

Really great villa in fantastic location a few minutes walk to beach and local restaurants. Good outside space. Only negative comments are very hard double bed mattress/pillows and shower curtains rather than glass screens in bathrooms. Great holiday accommodation overall.

Lovely villa with very helpful owners set in beautiful soundings two minutes walk from the beach. We loved the area and found there was plenty to do along the coastline. Shops & restaurants are also located just down the road.
The only thing I would recommend the owners doing would be to leave an instruction manual for everything in the villa e.g. how to operate the air conditioning, cooker & washing machine. They also need to upgrade the kitchen saucepans etc, there is very little to cook with, plus it would be useful to have an ironing board with the iron provided.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa und Barbati! Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kissen, die Bettbezüge (super Matratzen!), selbst die Auflagen für die Liegen waren sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war top und die Beleuchtung am Abend sehr stimmungsvoll. Wir hatten das Glück ohne Nachbarn zu sein, aber ohnehin ist die Privatsphäre der Villa unschlagbar und der Garten von keiner Seite einsehbar. Der Garten ist ein Traum, überall blüht es selbst im Oktober. Ein paar Dinge in der Küche könnte man noch verbessern (scharfe Messer, eine Schere, einen kleinen Topf, Schwamm fehlen), aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Toll war auch der schnelle unkomplizierte Kontakt zur Besitzerin vor Ort als wir einen kurzen lokalen Stromausfall im Ort hatten, der aber schnell behoben war. Das Meer ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür, die Beach Bar chillig und das Wasser unglaublich. Unbedingt ein Boot am Strand bei Spiros leihen, das war unvergesslich! Also alle Daumen hoch für die Beach Villa Blue und Posarellivillas, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Comfortable villa in an excellent situation. The outdoor space and pool were exceptionable and the housekeeping (3 times during our 10 day holiday) was top rate.

We arrived at the villa and were absolutely delighted with the accommodation it was exactly as we expected but the garden and pool area exceeded our expectations! The views from the master bedroom were breathtaking We met the owners on the first day and they could not do enough to help us settle in.
Barbati Beach is only a few yards away and has lovely restaurants and we were even invited to join a wedding reception which was lovely.
We had fantastic days out at Paleokastrites and Glifada Beaches

Perfect small villa for a family of four. This is our third visit here as we love it. The pool area is beautiful. Wonderful location for the beach and restaurants in Barbati. We had intermittent water supply for the first two days of our stay which was tricky but the owner did his best to sort it out. Posarelli Villas are extremely efficient and helpful to deal with.

Beach Villa Blue is a lovely property set within a scenic location. The property was very clean and the owners/contacts were always available if anything was needed or we had any questions. The photos of the property on the website represent a very accurate reflection. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Toller Pool, direkt am Strand! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Superb location, 200m from the beach with magnificent views from the balcony. the villa was as described on the website and very well equipped. The showers are hand held as there is no stand for the shower head

Schönes Häuschen in Strandnähe. Wir waren zwei Paare, dafür ist es leider weniger geeignet (aber das kann man eigentlich schon von der Beschreibung her sehen), aber für eine kleine Familie bestimmt super. Barbati selbst hat leider nicht viel zu bieten abseits des Strandes und der guten Restaurants. Man sollte also unbedingt ein Auto oder ähnliches zur Verfügung haben.

Lovely Villa in a great location. Modern , well looked after, clean and tidy , nicely furnished, Building work going on next door, which we had not been made aware of.
Brilliant location beach and restaurant a few metres away , super markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance and a great view from the upstairs terrace. Many great restaurants close by, restaurant Glyfa across the bay will send a boat to pick you up from the beach, hire a car to see the island.
Kitchen well payed out , minor issues either the dishwasher and kettle, which were quickly sorted, would have been good to have bin bags, cloths etc and instructions for the cooker . RO unit for drinking water is great. Bed was very firm , black out curtains would be good
Pool area beautiful! Comfy loungers, lovely . Great area, everything to hand , very pretty, the hill to the main road is a killer
The owners came to the Villa to sort out an issue and were very apologetic and helpful

The pool and outside areas really make this villa, which are stunning. Inside is a mix of new and old which i liked but 6 would be a squeeze. A little walk to the beach which is beautiful. Lots of places to eat but very new, beautiful but expensive and busy. The guys in the shop at the top of the hill are ace and helped with everything including a local walk. But advise to stock up at Liddles upon arrival as much cheaper. We had a great time, kitchen equipment re mugs, teapot, coffee maker needs updating is my only say and air con in upstairs bed. Hire a boat, its great fun.

We had a wonderful stay in Barbati. Beach Villa Blue is a lovely small villa, with beautiful pool area and gardens. The villa was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is located just a stones throw from the beautiful beach.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! We were a group of 4 adults and the space was very comfortable for our needs. The outdoor entertaining area and pool are especially awesome. We practically lived outside because it was such a great space.
The area is great, barbati beach is beautiful and there are many fantastic tavernas close by.
A Highlight was Taverna Glyfa, if you call the restaurant they will send a boat to pick you up from the beach to take you to dinner and back, so fun and beautiful food and location.
We will be back!

We loved the location of this beautiful villa, right by the Barbati beach! The sleeping arrangements are good only for 4 people max. I don't understand how you can fit 6 people there, as advertised. It's a very comfortable villa and we recommend it to a single small family. Our only complaint was we asked to fix a shower head in one of the bathrooms, and when we came back to villa, water was turned off in the whole place. We called emergency number and someone went to turn it on in a middle of the night. We got our water in the morning. The other suggestion is to have a little more condiments in the kitchen. There are no salt, pepper, cooking oil at all. We had to buy every little thing and a toilet paper plus shower soap for ourselves. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay at the Villa Blue and would definitely return at some point in the future!

The Beach Villa Blue was absolutely ideal for us. We rented a car from the airport, which is recommended and allowed us the flexibility to come and go as we please. The pool area was fantastic and very private, excellent for relaxing during the day and dining in the evening with help from the well equipped barbecue! The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering.

Lovely villa, perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of Barbati in October and the villa was as expected. Perfectly clean, just a couple of steps from the beach, modern decor. The pool was a great bonus. Will be back!

Una bella villa, in una posizione perfetta! Barbati è una località deliziosa, e la spiaggia è a 2 passi dalla casa. I proprietari, il signor Kosta e la moglie, sempre gentili e disponibili. Villa molto pulita e perfetta per 6 amici.

Everything was well communicated and well organised before we left home. The driving instructions to the villa were very helpful. The villa was just right - clean, had everything we needed, lovely pool and a lovely outside eating area. Very close to the beach which has plenty of good restaurants, sun lounges and umbrellas.
